We aim to dispatch all purchased items within 2 days of receiving cleared payment.

For UK delivery addresses, items will be sent using Royal Mail Standard First Class. For International delivery addresses, items will be sent using Royal Mail Airmail.

For UK delivery, Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1-2 working days, although please allow up to 15 working days for your items to arrive. For delivery to Europe, Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3 working days, although please allow up to 20 working days for your items to arrive. For all other International deliveries, Royal Mail aim to deliver within 5 working days, although please allow up to 25 working days for your items to arrive.

Our postage and packaging charges are based upon the total price of all items purchased in a single transaction, as shown in the following table:-

Please email us if for any reason you wish to return an item. To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt, for earrings these must not have been worn.

We will exchange items subject to stock. Please note for exchange items, all additional postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
